One of the most prestigious government institutions in the UAE and a-solutions’ long-term client is set to innovate by upgrading its existing system and transferring to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management solutions.

Within the project, a-solutions is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in the main entity and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP in the subsidiary.

To compliment a-solutions’ excellent work, the support and quality approach in delivery, the client decided to increase the scope of work, expand its digitalisation efforts, and replace the existing Oracle Financial Management System with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations in the main entity. Additionally, the government body will integrate both a-solutions’ ISVs, a-Pay and a-Finteg.

The introduction of a-solutions’ integration framework a-Finteg and the full-blown payroll solution a-Pay will prompt fundamental changes to how the organization operates, to the way it delivers value to its members. The intertwined applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 will reduce implementation time by 75%, lower the total cost of ownership, simplify the payroll and automate the procurement process, consolidation, reporting capabilities, empowering the HR, accounting, and legal departments.

Moreover, one of the subsidiaries, where we are currently delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP platform, will reap similar benefits from implementing a-Pay.
